Point at the change. Keep the context.

Design Mode lets you select interface context and describe a change for your coding agent. You still review the resulting work. The website’s styling example changes only its local preview, not a real project.

Select the relevant interface

Visual context helps you identify what should change instead of describing an element only by its approximate location. Choose the relevant part of the interface and state the desired outcome. Available capture and selection behavior depends on the app release and the permissions you have granted.

Describe an outcome you can check

For example: make this primary button easier to identify, keep its accessible label, and preserve its keyboard focus state. Explain which parts should remain unchanged. Visual context is useful input, but it does not remove the need for an understandable request or a review of the generated code.

Review the result in your project

Inspect the affected code and test appearance, keyboard use and responsive behavior. A change that looks correct in one viewport can still break at another size. Content shared with an external AI provider is handled under that provider’s terms; local workspace storage does not mean every request stays on the device.

Try the local styling example

The landing-page demo lets you select the sample button, choose a style, apply it and reset it. It edits only browser state. No provider is called and no repository is changed. The preview exists to explain the interaction, not to promise automatic accessibility or instant production-quality code.
